Sorry, Time Got Away

I started my day as usual with reading my text for today but life sidetracked me. Between dealing with my husband’s needs and finishing a project for my daughter-in-law’s class, I ran out of time today.

My husband likes to watch television in the room where I’m working so I have to do other things while he is up. Today I brought out the last of the skirts I’m making for my daughter-in-law and started working on them. Then I got to thinking about ‘one last step’ I wanted to do to make certain I had caught all my errors in construction. That ‘one last step’ turned into THREE steps. I could have stretched those steps over a couple of days but I promised to mail them all out tomorrow. I just finished with it and I am EXHAUSTED!

I would share pictures of my project with you but my phone is taking FOREVER to upload them to an email to me.

Please forgive me for not getting back to Job and the second part of his answer to Bildad. We will get into it tomorrow. What he would have said to God if he weren’t afraid of being smacked down for it.

Father God, thank You for helping me finish the tasks I had to do today. Thank You for providing the tools I needed so it didn’t take MUCH longer. Thank You for being able to bless others through the talents You gave me. PLEASE let these skirts last a LONG time for the little girls. Bless them as they wear them too.
