I had no idea you ever stole anything. However, I understand about guilt. I can’t recall ever stealing anything over my lifetime, but I do recall lying to cover up something I should not have done or to make myself look better.

Jesus took ALL of our sins to the cross with Him. When we accept Him as our personal Savior, everything is wiped clean. Going to Him to ask for forgiveness when we stumble is such a privilege.

Romans 8:1 says, “There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.” We have to realize that Jesus never condemns us, He only convicts us when we err. The devil is the one who condemns us.

I don’t know if you know this song that I am going to reference, however, I believe it fits in this situation. This, of course, is after we have accepted Him and made Him Lord of our life.

When He sees me, He sees the Blood of the Lamb.
He sees me as worthy, and not as I am,
He views me in garments as white as the snow,
For the Lamb of God is worthy,
And He washed me, this I know.

    ‘Nuff said.

Thanks mom for introducing me to this AWESOME God as a child. Thank you also for sharing this song with me. I had to look it up on Youtube so I could hear it. Here is a link to a version I really like.
